class altair.SortField(field=Undefined, order=Undefined, **kwds)

SortField schema wrapper.

A sort definition for transform

Parameters:

fieldstr, FieldName

The name of the field to sort.

orderSortOrder, Literal[‘ascending’, ‘descending’], None

Whether to sort the field in ascending or descending order. One of "ascending" (default), "descending", or null (no not sort).
