NumberLocale schema wrapper
NumberLocale

, Sequence[str] The currency prefix and suffix (e.g., [“$”, “”]).
- decimalstr
The decimal point (e.g., “.”).
- groupingSequence[float]
The array of group sizes (e.g., [3]), cycled as needed.
- thousandsstr
The group separator (e.g., “,”).

The minus sign (defaults to hyphen-minus, “-“).
- nanstr
The not-a-number value (defaults to “NaN”).
